NST I first came to make an appointment with Gayle for a NST treatment to relieve the pain in my hip and groin area that radiated all down my left leg. I have a pin and plate in that hip due to a pelvic break when I was 13 yrs of age. Over the years, with added weight gain, I developed a "hitch" in that leg when walking. Over time, this became quite painful. When I stood up after the first NST treatment, my hips were aligned and the pain was gone for 5 days. It did return, but after a 3 more treatments, it was holding for longer and longer periods or time and each time it went out, the pain was not as bad. I had not played golf for over a year. I had trouble walking up the steps to my office. I had trouble getting up from my chair at the office with it taking me a minute to get going. NO MORE. I glide up the steps, moving with ease and I have been playing golf again. I have been inspired to get on a weight loss program and have lost weight and inches. My alignment stays where it is supposed to and I feel great. I still see Gayle for maintenance because, at my age, I just want to feel as good as I possibly can. ionSpa Detox Footbath Machine 7-26-07 Results of having this treatment were that I slept really well, lower legs felt a bit sore. Felt tired the next day. Could have slept all day. Just so relaxed. Jim B.

ionSpa Detox Footbath I wanted to remove toxins and was seeking relief of allergy symptoms from dairy, iodine, penecillin, sensitivity to Wheat Gulten, corn, sugar and coffee. I do think it has helped. Not totally free of the problems, but a definite improvement. There was a removal of a great deal of toxins from my body that I didn't even realize were causing problems. ionSpa Detox Footbath I had heard that when one has an over abundance of copper in your system it can cause depression. Copper was one of the metals that came out in the water. I had been having fluid retention and weight gain...just feeling it had to do with toxins in my body. Results: Results were a reduction in fluid and anxiety. Over-all feeling improved. Jennifer M

December 10, 2004 NST, neurostructural integration technique About a year ago I started seeing Gayle. Initially I had a problem I had never had before. Out of the blue, I could not raise my right arm at all. My guess was a pinched nerve. I knew what Gayle did and called her and only her. Gayle worked on me for several hours and removed the problem. It has never returned. She also discovered I had an alignment problem that she thought she could fix over time. I had been wearing a lift on my right foot for over 5 years. I have not had to have adjustments from a chiropractor since seeing Gayle for NST. I was having adjustments several times a month, now my body responds and readjusts itself. Through Gayles NST efforts I am pain free. I had an off balance gait that caused lower back strain and upper shoulder tightness. After three session with Gayle I feel better, am more relaxed, plus I feel more balanced and rested. Thank you Gayle !!
