Hatha Yoga
Gayle has taught consistent Yoga classes since 1986 for all ages, body types and physical conditions including men, women, children and partners classes. Her focus is on teaching how to gain flexibility, increase stamina, endurance while not causing pain or injury at any time. The student works with their own body, in the condition it is in at the present moment. From that point they can increase at their own pace. Students are never forced into doing what they are not comfortable in doing. Do you have a knee problem? Back or shoulder problem? No problem. Anyone can do Yoga By Gayle. Private or semi-private classes are available in your home or office.
